SHEET PAN NACHOS WITH HOMEMADE CHIPS

Ingredients:


Corn tortillas
Frying oil

cumin
salt
pepp
Can o Black beans
can diced tom
ground chili pepp
lots of cheeses
meat


Garnish:
Fresh tom, avocado, iceberg lettuce
sour cream

Method:
First things first, lets make chips


 small batches (small pot) 

Cut your corn tortillas, triangularly.  Or I guess whatever shape you want your chips in?
Heat your oil and fry them sum bitches up!  After they drain on paper towels, get em on the sheet pan!


brown your meat.  add spices.  onions.  et al


we had a couple different cheese that we mixed together


Next, get that meet on there, and cheese.  layering as you go.  
Make sure to save some cheese to be the final top layer.

Bake at 400 for 5 to 10 mins

Garnish with all your fresh veg and enjoy!
