Pickled Onions
One easy way to make pickled onions
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp kosher Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 cup water
A red onion
A container
Method:
Whisk first 4 ingredients together
Cut your onion, thinly, and put into your container.
Pour this jazz over it and allow it to sit out for about an hour at room temp before using.
Keeps up to two weeks.

I made these the first time I tried to make the Insanity Burger, the one from Jamie Oliver. I dont usually fuck with onions, but I mean holy cow these really make a burger taste like a burger, yo. Since I've made the burgers, I've done three rounds of pickled onions. I put them in all kinds of stuff because their fire and they make everything pop.
