The Only Brownie Recipe You Will Ever Need


Fudgy Brownies


Ingredients:

4 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate

3/4 cup salted butter, cut into slabs

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 cup sugar

1/2 brown sugar

3 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp of salt

1 cup chocolate chips


Method:

Preheat the oven to 350.  Line your brownie pan with parchment, to create the little brownie sling for liftage.  Make sure to spray with cooking spray (duh.)  

Next add the bittersweet chocolate and the butter to a bowl, and microwave for 20-30 second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth. Then add your cocoa powder to this.  

I scraped that chocolate mess into my KitchenAid, for properly whisked ingredients.  Add your sugars and whisk.  Add eggs and vanilla. Whisk.  

Remove head attachment and sprinkle flour and salt over this delicious batter.  Use a wooden spoon or spatula to mix.  Then add the chips and fold those in as well.  

This batter will be thick as hell.  Bake these for 30-35 minutes.  Let them cool and enjoy!  These brownies are super fudgy and chocolatey and by far the best brownies I have ever made.
