Egg Rolls

One way to whip up an eggroll:

Use literally ANY leftovers in your fridge to make this totally dope and easy peasy dinner.

Buy:

a package of egg roll wrappers
(they are usually found in a refrigerated case in ya' produce dept.)

Forge:
go to your fridge, grab any tasty leftovers
I used ground beef
(I had cooked with sriracha and soy sauce for an Asian dish earlier that week)
I also used some veggies and rice that were just chillin' in there, waiting to go bad

Method:
Fill a little cup with some warm water
Pull out your first wrapper
Fill it with whatever you hell you want
Wet your corners as you go
and roll that sum'bitch up
Fill a small pan with at least 2 oz of cooking oil
Fry 'em up
dip and eat

Make a some rice and a bit of soy sauce on the side and blamo! Dinner!
My mom always had packages of egg roll wrappers and the smaller won ton wrappers in our refrigerator when I was a child.  She still does, in fact. She would always whip up a fried pocket of crispiness filled with anything from cabbage and sausage to meatballs and sauce.
They keep leftovers from crowding precious space and are a nice surprise in your weekly dinner rotations.
They are an inexpensive time saver to have in the kitchen. Sure to impress with minimal effort.
