Chicken Tacos and Instant Pots

One way to make chicken tacos in an Instant Pot:

1 1/2 pounds chicken 

tsp garlic powder, cumin (essential), salt, pepper
half a jar of whatever kind of delicious salsa you have in the fridge
(i used the aldis brand of fire roasted flavor)
2 tsps sriracha
2 tsp of olive oil

Method:

oil in Instant Pot
lay chicken in pot

add all ingredients on top
Manual button for 27 mins

when its through, shred with two forks and
 behold!

My husband is a notorious fiend for takeaway foods. Especially, Mexican food.  His whole family loves it, and I have to say I've become rather fond of it myself.  I serve this shredded chicken with soft taco shells, chopped lettuce, diced toms, shredded cheese and some of that spicey mayo from the Bang Bang Chicken recipe, and its fiiirrree. The whole fam loves it, and when I say that I mean he and I eat it while my daughter throws a fit and flings all her food onto the floor.
